Board of Directors
The N-able Technologies Board of Directors plays an active role in determining the growth and direction of our company. The board meets quarterly to review the operation and overall strategic business plan of the company, and deal with various areas of corporate governance. In addition, the board approves the quarterly CEO letter to the shareholders and the Annual Report.
