Ian W. Malone, Director
Ian Malone is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in public and private capital markets, including the life sciences sector. He serves as Special Finance Advisor to the CEO of Jennerex Inc., a privately owned, clinical-stage biotherapeutics company that develops and commercializes novel, targeted oncolytic virus products for the treatment of cancer. Ian joined the company in July 2006 as CFO, and worked in that capacity until December 2009 when the position was migrated to San Francisco.
Prior to his arrival at Jennerex, Ian was CFO at publicly traded biomedical companies including Millenium Biologix and World Heart Corporation, and previously held executive positions with a Switzerland-based global financial institution. He has served on the board of directors of Liponex Inc. a public bio-pharmaceutical research company, offering his expertise as Chairman of the Audit and Governance committees.
