Based out of N-able’s head office in Kanata and reporting into the Manager of Finance, The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for providing financial administrative support for N-able’s UK sales office in a timely, professional and accurate basis. The successful candidate will be required to work between the hours of 5pm and 9pm from Sunday to Thursday and will be required to work some Canadian holidays, taking the Australian holidays in lieu.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identifying and on-boarding new leasing companies
• Orchestrating the credit applications and credit approvals
• Order processing
• Order fulfillment
• Contact customers who have outstanding payments – follow N-able’s collections process
• Support and assist customers and prospects as required
• Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years transactional Accounting and Finance experience
• Completion of a recognized post-secondary diploma in Accounting and Finance, or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with MS CRM or other accounting software
• High degree of autonomy and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent English communication and Interpersonal skills
