Regional Sales Manager

Are you a highly motivated solution sales manager with a strong work ethic and desire to excel? Are you aggressive, eager and willing to give 150% of your energy and time? Responsibilities
- Direct, lead and manage regional sales quotas and account executives
- Attend initial and closing calls for region
- Monitor accounts to ensure successful execution
- Lead weekly team meetings to review pipeline, cold call activity, prospecting and ROIs
- Provide weekly reports and monthly forecasts to the Director of Sales
- Complete monthly analysis of your team's performance
- Develop quarterly business plan for managing region
- Schedule role playing sessions with account executives
- Coach and mentor your team to become better sales executives
- Complete one team event every quarter
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of sales management experience
- Minimum four years of successful solution selling experience
- Understanding of the Managed Services Space including: Desktop, Security and Network
- Extensive knowledge of the small and medium business market
- Experience in network and system management software preferred
- Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a high energy level and strength in driving new sales
- Consistent sales performance in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Must display self discipline necessary to interface effectively with customers, management, and all levels of employees, make cold calls, build pipeline and drive sales
- Must possess the ability to prioritize customers' issues while utilizing time management efficiently
- Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
- Comprehension of the value of: building long term relationships; constant prospecting; multi-level selling; and applying client centered selling techniques
- Entrepreneurial background would be an asset
