Ramses Girgis, Former Vice-President of Business Management, Nortel Networks
Ramses Girgis spent 35 years in the telecommunications high-tech industry in Canada, the United State, Turkey and Trinidad & Tobago. His career encompassed senior positions in research and development management, sales and marketing, installation engineering, design and verification, customer service and information management. Ramses has built BMA Lite, a flexible leadership system designed for rapid response and tangible, measurable results throughout organizations in all sectors, and is currently the President of Pharos Consulting which is active in the United States, Canada and abroad serving clients such as the Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency, the Conference Board of Canada, Nortel Networks, start-ups such as GlobeRanger in Texas, and not-for-profit organizations such as the Ottawa Inner-city Ministries. He is also active in the high-tech start-ups field on boards of directors as well as being a founding member of "Purple Angel", an early investor group of ex-Nortel executives.
