John Blaine
John Blaine joined N-able with extensive public and private technology industry background as a Chief Financial Officer responsible for corporate finance, accounting and administrative functions. John previously served in the same role with both Thales Systems Canada and Corel Corporation, where he spearheaded the raising of $30 million CAD in new capital and the restructuring of Corel's cost structure which led to Microsoft's $135-million US investment in Corel.
Prior to joining Corel in early 2000, John spent nine years with Sterling Software and Sterling Commerce in various financial roles, starting as a financial analyst and ultimately serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller. He holds a B. Comm. degree from the University of Guelph and a C.A. designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
