To encourage community interaction and best practice sharing, the new Velocity Partner Center enables users to post and download value-added resources such as service level agreements, custom reports and service templates.

With Automated Configuration Management, N-central 6.5 quickly discovers all devices on a remote customer network and assigns the discovered devices to Smart Folders, which are based on autoassignment logic defined by the individual MSP. From there, the monitoring services, thresholds (as defined by Service Templates) and notifications rules associated with the specific Smart Folder are then applied to all of the devices residing in that Smart Folder. Any changes to the thresholds or monitoring rules can be propagated to all of the devices associated with a Service Template.
