These reports empower you to work more efficiently and effectively, allowing you to do more with less by reducing the time required to deliver a broad range of IT services.

Report Name Description
Application Compliance By Application Displays all applications that were detected that were not included in a device-allowed list. For each application, this report displays the device names for which this software is non-compliant. It gives you the information needed to correct license compliancy issues – either how many licenses you need to purchase or which machines have unlicensed software that you need to uninstall.
Application Compliance By Device Another license compliancy aid, this report displays all devices for which applications were detected that were not included in the allowed list. For each device, this report displays the non-compliant software package names.
Asset Site Provides a summary of the discovered assets for a customer, so you can do client-wide upgrade planning and understand what types of hardware you are supporting.
Availability Multi Service Multi Device Offering availability information for multiple services on multiple devices in a tabular form, this report is useful for gaining an overview of the status of the entire network as well as determining if some services are not consistent and further analysis is required.
Availability Multi Service One Device Shows the availability percentage of multiple services on a single device over a given period of time, enabling you to identify any services that are not consistent with all other services and that require further analysis.
Availability One Service Multi Device Lists the availability percentage of a service on multiple devices over a specified time period, giving you the power to how services across devices compare from an availability perspective. This helps to present the true uptime of each server in a Web farm, for example.
Availability One Service One Device With a simple format that can be easily understood by all users, this report shows how much time a service was available on a device by providing aggregated data.
Configuration Summary Displaying real-time data and not historical data, this report offers service configuration information for the devices you select, including the monitoring endpoint, parameters and thresholds.
Customer Devices Useful for device tracking and upgrade planning, this report displays all configured devices in the system. It segments devices by customer and displays relevant information such as the IP address, operating system and number of configured services.
Customer Users Segments all users by customer, account type and account status, so that you can identify enabled / disabled accounts, eradicate any duplication and develop email and contact lists.
Customers Displays all customers configured in N-central and provides relevant details on the client.
Detailed Asset Delivering detailed asset information about a particular device or group of devices, this report offers information that can be used to populate configuration management systems, obtain an overview on a device and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
Detailed Security Incident By Device Presents detailed security incident information based on a given service, helping staff to determine the scope of devices that require inspection. This will display all detected incidents over a specified time period, and display which device was affected.
Detailed Security Incident By Service Offers detailed security incident information based on a given device, enabling technicians to watch how incidents occur on the device and determine the types of actions required to help keep the system secure. This will display all detected incidents over the specified time period in sequence.
Detailed Status Allows you to understand how long a service on a device was in a state, how often the state changes, and if there are common state changes every day, week or month. This is very useful for troubleshooting elusive network or TCP service issues.
Executive Summary Provides metrics on the availability and performance of your key network devices and services. These metrics help you to understand the overall utilization of your network, manage your network's performance and capacity more efficiently, and provide a higher level of service.
Incident Report Lists all of the incidents and associated escalations and acknowledgments as well as resolution time information for a specified period. This allows service managers and their customers to track the mean time taken to escalate, acknowledge and resolve an incident.
License Compliance Lists all licensed software packages monitored by the license compliance service within the organization, the quantity of each that is installed, and the number of defined licenses. This report reflects license compliance at the time it is generated, but does not show historical data.
Monitoring Element Version Gathers information about agents and probes, displaying the appliance name, operating system, port, protocol, version, last check-in date, auto-upgrade schedule and number of upgrade attempts. This report reflects license compliance at the time it is generated, but does not show historical data.
Notifications Sent Summarizes the most recent notifications, including notification details and recipients.
Patch Status Offers a summary of patch status and indicates devices with missing patches, severity of missing patches and any failed patch installs. The details section contains the list of patches per devices filtered as defined by user. The report provides the ability to filter by age of the missing patches and by patches applied during a selected time period.
Missing Patches Allows you to quickly summarize the details about missing patches across your customer base.
Patch Inventory Enables you to search for and quickly locate a particular installed or missing patch on devices across all customers. This report can be used for patch assessment, patch rollout planning or detecting a malfunctioning patch that needs to be removed.
WSUS Status Provides information on the WSUS servers used in the network. It can identify the WSUS level, version, number of customers, number of devices and details on synchronization for each WSUS server included in the report. It can also list customer assignment, update products, and update classifications for the WSUS servers included in the report.
Raw Data Provides detailed information for a particular service, allowing you to troubleshoot service issues quickly and efficiently. Run this report to see exactly what was collected by N-central at the time a service failed.

Single Device Aggregated Availability Provides a comprehensive look at the true uptime of a server where uptime is defined as all required services are working. This report produces a pie chart showing aggregated availability for a selected device. This metric is calculated by aggregating the availability of all availability services, including all TCP services as well as process.
