The N-able Certification Program for Managed Services Excellence

As the managed services space matures, every MSP must strive to differentiate their business from the rest of the pack. An effective way to do this is to validate your business practices by attaining recognized certifications that your rivals cannot lay claim to.

In our drive to give MSPs a competitive edge, N-able has established a certification program to recognize our partners for demonstrating business and technical excellence in the field of IT services.

The N-able Certification Program for Managed Services Excellence will help you to satisfy the growing number of small and medium-sized businesses that expect their MSP to have achieved a recognized industry benchmark.

The N-able Certification Program consists of two accreditations:

• The N-able Certified MSP Partner that confirms a company's proven business and technical competency in the delivery of managed services
• The N-central Certified Administrator that confirms an individual's demonstrated proficiency in the deployment, administration and use of N-able's N-central remote monitoring and management software

Armed with these accreditations, you can show customers and prospects that your company and your N-central Administrator hold an important accreditation that endorses your use of business and technical best practices for the services you provide.

The N-able Certified MSP Partner
To ensure success and generate maximum profitability, it's vital that you adhere to accepted standards of excellence for maintaining a managed services business. The N-able Certified MSP Partner program positions you to do just that.

It validates your business practices by requiring you to complete N-able's proven Blueprint for Success. The Blueprint combines the know-how, best practices and business acumen that N-able has accumulated in helping more than 2,000 of our partners build successful managed services practices over the past nine years.

Certification Requirements
Three critical components are required in order to receive certification:

• Complete the N-able Blueprint for Success
• Have at least two N-central Certified Administrators on your staff. Learn more…
• Provide two customer references for proof of your compliance with business and technical best practices

Applying for Certification
Becoming certified is a straightforward process. After completing the three necessary components set out in the Certification Requirements section above, contact N-able Support to begin the application process. There is a $100 administration fee to process the application. Certification will be granted once the three necessary components are verified by N-able.
