Version Support Policy Statement.
Overview

N-able Technologies provides support for versions of our product that achieve general release in the following ways:

Technical Support

Technical support is provided for any release for a period of twenty four (24) months following the general availability date of the subsequent product release. Technical Support inlcudes access to product documentation, training, helpdesk services, and sales engineering / solutions architect services.

Development Support

Full Development support is provided for the current release only. Limited development support is available for all releases for a period of 12 months following the general availability date of the subsequest product release. Full development support consists of maintenance releases like service packs and hotfixes. Limited development support consists of hotfixes for "critical" issues only.

Exceptions

The Technical and Development support statements above are superceded by the following exceptions:
