At N‑able<\/span><\/a>, we are intentional about placing Diversity, Equality, and Belonging (DEB) at the forefront of our company and embedding it at the core of our culture. DEB is a top priority for us, and we recognize that it\u2019s an ongoing journey we\u2019re on together. <\/span><\/p>\n

As we\u2019ve built our DEB strategy, we\u2019ve placed an emphasis on a few key areas that have supported us along our journey\u2014one of those being the advancement of women in the tech industry. That starts with women in leadership. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This International Women\u2019s Day, we are honored to share that we have three of our women leaders representing N‑able within the Chief<\/span><\/a><\/span>, <\/span>a membership network for women executives that serves to provide championship, development, and networking opportunities to further advance other women.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our investment towards this opportunity serves as a vow for our continued commitment to our Diversity, Equality, and Belonging and to taking action to support powerful women leaders.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Our membership delegates\u2014Kathleen Pai, EVP, Chief People Officer, Laura DuBois, GVP, Product Management and Casandra Brice, VP, Customer Success\u2014will not only represent N‑able within\u00a0Chief<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0but also\u00a0leverage the membership to\u00a0bring information and resources back to women at N‑able while\u00a0offering mentorship and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chief is specially designed for women in the C-Suite, senior executives, and accomplished VPs to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them. The membership will serve to help our leaders champion more high-performing women at N‑able.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defining and driving Diversity, Equality, and Belonging for women in tech<\/span><\/h2>\n

Simple, yet impactful, clearly defining what Diversity, Equality, and Belonging means for N‑able has been one of the most critical and transparent ways we\u2019ve been able to embed DEB into our culture and has helped us all rally around effecting change within the DEB space such as advancing women in leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n
