Welcome to April. It\u2019s a new month with a new MSP growth habit. And this month it\u2019s all about the importance of building yourself a network, and not being afraid to seek help. Running a business requires a lot of patience, perseverance, and stamina, which can be exhausting without a support system in place\u2014both personally and professionally. <\/span><\/p>\n

I have had the great fortune of being part of the MSP community for the better part of 20 years, and what I love most about this community is the willingness of MSPs to share differing perspectives and support others. At any channel event I\u2019ve ever attended, it\u2019s heartwarming to see connections being made and best practices being shared in the spirit of helping industry colleagues improve and expand their businesses. <\/span><\/p>\n

And one of the best events for networking takes place at <\/span>the annual N‑able Empower event<\/span><\/a><\/span>. This spring, we are heading to beautiful Prague for three days of networking and learning opportunities. We\u2019ll be bringing together hundreds of our MSP partners, in an intimate setting, to learn and exchange ideas. <\/span><\/p>\n

With the massive increase in remote work and software-as-a-service, businesses have turned the cloud into an incredible opportunity for MSPs. With over 30 hours of educational content being planned, #EmpowerPrague is designed to arm partners with strategies to elevate, secure, managed, and monetize the cloud\u2014in other words\u2014we want to help our MSP Partners \u2018Own the Cloud\u2019<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our core belief is that our Empower events should ensure every Partner that attends heads home with actionable insights and ideas. These should help them solve their most pressing business challenges with the goal of helping to improve their business. <\/span><\/p>\n

  4. Comprehensive Business Boot Camps<\/strong> centered on Co-managed IT Services<\/span><\/a>, hosted by yours truly and my Head Nerd colleague, Paul Kelly. We will be discussing how this new revenue stream can elevate your MSP and help make it more recession-resilient in these uncertain times.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Partnering for Success.<\/strong> Are you aware of all of the fantastic resources N‑able offers you, just by virtue of being an N‑able partner? Chief Customer Officer, Kevin Bury, will outline N‑able\u2019s unique approach to ensuring our partners\u2019 success<\/span><\/a> that extends beyond just using our products. <\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Mergers and Acquisitions.<\/strong> Focused on helping your MSP build the right deal, with the right value, these sessions will be jointly hosted by N‑able Executives and your MSP peers who have actually done it. They\u2019ll be offering their advice, guidance and sharing key lessons they learned through the MSP M&A process. <\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The Business of Security<\/strong>. Security is at the top of every MSP\u2019s mind, and security offerings have drastically evolved over the years. This session hosted by N‑able\u2019s Sr. Manager of Partner Success, Chris Massey, will cover the core questions that MSPs are asking as they prepare to transform their security practices. On top of this, Dave MacKinnon, our CSO will discuss the cyber threat landscape as it relates to your journey to the cloud. <\/span><\/li>\n
  8. N‑able Product Roadmaps<\/strong> Focused on Cove Data Protection, N‑central, N‑sight<\/strong>. With a neat twist of having ChatGPT co-authoring a few of the discussions to see how much AI truly knows about MSP needs!<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Vendor Keynotes<\/strong> by Halo PSA, Cisco, ScalePad<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Breakout sessions hosted by your N‑able peers.<\/strong> While we have a lot to talk about at N‑able, there is nothing more powerful than hearing what your MSP peers have to say about their own business growth and development experiences. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

We will be hosting a beerfest and pub crawl. The MSP Initiative will be hosting their MSP Community Block Party<\/span><\/a>. And our Closing Party will be taking place at the Red Stag<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n
