J\u2019esp\u00e8re que tout le monde a pass\u00e9 des f\u00eates agr\u00e9ables et reposantes. Je ne peux pas croire que nous sommes en janvier et qu\u2019une nouvelle ann\u00e9e commence. En cette p\u00e9riode, nous sommes anim\u00e9s des meilleures intentions et nous nous concentrons sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de certains aspects de notre vie personnelle et professionnelle. Comme beaucoup de gens, je prends de bonnes r\u00e9solutions chaque mois de janvier, mais \u00e0 la mi-f\u00e9vrier, elles ne sont plus qu\u2019un lointain souvenir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">L\u2019une des principales raisons qui explique que nous ne tenions pas nos r\u00e9solutions, c\u2019est que nous essayons de les mettre en pratique toutes en m\u00eame temps. Ma strat\u00e9gie cette ann\u00e9e sera donc de les appliquer une \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p4\">Construire un plan de r\u00e9solutions pour\u00a02023<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p4\">Au lieu d\u2019essayer de TOUT am\u00e9liorer d\u2019un coup, je vais me concentrer sur une r\u00e9solution \u00e0 la fois et instaurer une habitude pour chacune. D\u00e8s qu\u2019une habitude sera bien ancr\u00e9e (ou du moins correctement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e), je passerai \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution suivante. Je vais mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la notion du \u00ab\u00a0tout ou rien\u00a0\u00bb qui semble inh\u00e9rente aux bonnes r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel\u00a0An, et \u00e9tablir un plan qui me permettra d\u2019aborder ma liste de r\u00e9solutions lentement et m\u00e9thodiquement, l\u2019une apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre, sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Je pense que cette m\u00e9thode peut \u00e9galement fonctionner pour ceux d\u2019entre vous qui se demandent comment d\u00e9velopper davantage leur entreprise MSP en\u00a02023. De nombreux MSP avec lesquels je m\u2019entretiens sont tr\u00e8s enthousiastes en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, mais arriv\u00e9s en septembre ou octobre, ils laissent le quotidien prendre le dessus et abandonnent toutes leurs bonnes intentions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Cette ann\u00e9e, je vous propose donc de choisir une tactique de croissance en d\u00e9but de chaque mois, puis de consacrer le mois entier \u00e0 sa mise en \u0153uvre. L\u2019objectif est de permettre \u00e0 cette habitude d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de prendre racine, puis de vous appuyer sur celle-ci pour passer \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution suivante. De cette mani\u00e8re, d\u2019ici la fin\u00a02023, vous aurez r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en place 10 \u00e0 12\u00a0nouvelles pratiques d\u2019affaires que votre entreprise MSP pourra r\u00e9utiliser en\u00a02024 et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Pour vous aider \u00e0 y parvenir, mon blog proposera un Plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019activit\u00e9 MSP sur 12\u00a0mois. Chaque mois, je d\u00e9taillerai une habitude que vous pourrez mettre en \u0153uvre, si ce n\u2019est pas quelque chose que vous faites d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Voici un aper\u00e7u des 12\u00a0habitudes dont je parlerai dans mon blog en\u00a02023\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p5\">Janvier : ne cessez jamais d\u2019apprendre<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-able.com\/blog\/msp-growth-habit-february-social-proof\">F\u00e9vrier : cherchez l\u2019amour<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-able.com\/blog\/your-msp-growth-habit-for-march-open-new-doors-with-co-managed-it\">Mars : ouvrez de nouvelles portes avec l\u2019informatique cog\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.n-able.com\/blog\/april-msp-growth-habit-seek-support-from-peers-and-events\">Avril : cherchez du soutien aupr\u00e8s de vos pairs et lors d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Mai : mettez-vous en avant et donnez en retour<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Juin : restez vrai<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Juillet : n\u2019oubliez pas de sentir les roses<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Ao\u00fbt : ma\u00eetrisez la gestion du temps<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Septembre : \u00e9coutez, non pas pour r\u00e9pondre, mais pour entendre<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Octobre : essayez quelque chose de nouveau<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">Novembre : accordez de l\u2019attention et encouragez la gratitude<\/li>\n<li class=\"p5\">D\u00e9cembre\u00a0: r\u00e9p\u00e9tez le tout en 2024<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par explorer celle de janvier\u2026<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Habitude de croissance MSP de janvier\u00a0: ne cessez jamais d\u2019apprendre<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprises qui r\u00e9ussissent ont soif d\u2019apprendre et de trouver des moyens de rester motiv\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper l\u2019activit\u00e9. Heureusement, il existe de nombreux contenus dans lesquels puiser. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de d\u00e9finir ce qui vous int\u00e9resse le plus, puis de consacrer du temps CHAQUE jour \u00e0 votre processus d\u2019auto-formation\/d\u2019am\u00e9lioration des affaires. Chaque part de sagesse ou bonne pratique acquise au quotidien peut avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur votre entreprise \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Je suis sans cesse \u00e0 la recherche de supports int\u00e9ressants \u00e0 partager avec mes abonn\u00e9s MSP lors de mes s\u00e9minaires et formations intensives. Il vous suffit de les suivre. Cela ne veut pas dire passer des heures et des heures \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 prendre des notes, mais plut\u00f4t de consacrer 20 \u00e0 30\u00a0minutes par jour \u00e0 un sujet qui vous int\u00e9resse et qui vous aidera \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le taux de croissance de votre entreprise MSP en\u00a02023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">S\u2019il y a des habitudes que vous auriez ajout\u00e9es \u00e0 cette liste, j\u2019aimerais les conna\u00eetre.
