This new and improved integration allows full SentinelOne functionality within the familiar N&#8209;central environment. Partners can now seamlessly deploy and monitor devices in bulk, accessing detailed threat reports, granular notifications, and even exploring advanced security features like Deep Visibility and Ranger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In addition, N&#8209;central 2024.1 also addresses over 40 reported issues, underscoring our commitment to refining and optimizing the user experience.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">This release is a testament to our dedication to empowering our partners with cutting-edge tools and features, ensuring they can maximize the potential of N&#8209;central within their chosen tech stack.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>JK: Is this something partners can get started on their own?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">EC: Yes, to upgrade, partners can simply navigate to the Integration Management screen within N&#8209;central and click the &#8216;Upgrade&#8217; button, unlocking a new level of EDR integration sophistication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>KC: What about the New REST API endpoints<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">EC: N&#8209;central 2024.1 introduces several new REST API endpoints, enhancing the platform&#8217;s flexibility and integration capabilities. Partners can now retrieve device asset information, organization unit details, and more using the updated REST API. The Swagger Documentation [LINK?] page provides a comprehensive guide to the new endpoints, identifiable by the Preview label.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>JK: I hear there are some big upgrades in Patch Management, is this true? <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">EC: We\u2019ve brought two new elements into Patch Management for N&#8209;central. Including the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) data represents a significant leap forward. This standardized scoring system allows partners to assess and communicate the severity of vulnerabilities directly within Patch Management workflows. The integration pulls CVSS information from Microsoft&#8217;s Security and Response Centre, providing a clear view of which patches address specific vulnerabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The CVSS score column within patch approval workflows now allows partners to filter and focus on specific score ranges, offering a more targeted approach to patch management. Future developments will include CVSS scoring in auto approval rules and visual indicators through highlighting colors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On top of this we\u2019ve introduced a new &#8216;Managed Patch for Mac&#8217; report, which enhances the experience of determining patch install states across multiple devices. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>JK: Speaking of Apple, how has Device Management for Apple been enhanced for this release?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">EC: N&#8209;central Device Management for Apple (DMA) functionality receives a boost with a new icon in the Features column within the All-Devices view. This icon provides a quick overview of device enrollment status, streamlining the monitoring process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>This marks a new chapter for N&#8209;central, promising enhanced security, flexibility, and efficiency for all partners.
