The use of this N-able Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”) website (“Website”) is conditioned upon the acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Statement by the visitor to the Company Website (“User”); this Privacy Statement is part of and incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use of the Company Website. This Privacy Statement constitutes a legally binding agreement between User and Company. This Privacy Statement lists our current policies, but, as noted below, this Privacy Statement may be adjusted from time to time at Company’s discretion. By utilizing the Company Website, User expressly agrees to this Privacy Statement. Those who do not agree to be subject to this Privacy Statement may not, under any circumstances, use this Company Website.

1. Data Collection.

User should be aware that portions of this Website contain functions for collecting and/or receiving User’s personal information, including User’s name and email address, information about User’s product purchases, any credit information provided as well as User’s access history of this Website. Company may also collect and track non-personally identifiable information about User including User’s IP address, the type of browser User employs, and the referrer ID.

2. Entry by User/Update.

Certain areas of this Website will require entry by the User of certain personal information as indicated above. Company requires that the actual User input such information and that such information be the most recent available and accurate. In addition, User may request that Company update, modify, or delete User’s registered information by sending an email to webmaster@n-able.com with the words “UPDATE USER INFORMATION” in the subject line.

3. Use of User Information.

Company reserves the right to compile, save, use within the scope of Company’s activities, and analyze any and all User data (registration data, use history, etc.). Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents and contractors intend to use such User data for internal purposes only, including without limitation, for the purposes of providing User support, responding to User requests for information, and for contacting User. Company may provide aggregated statistics about users (including User) to third parties, but such information will be aggregated so that it does not identify a particular individual or company, including User.

4. Choice/Opt-Out.

Company may periodically send User information regarding Company and its products. If User has been receiving such information and does not wish to continue receiving such information, please contact Company at webmaster@n-able.com, and let Company know that User no longer wishes to receive such information. Alternatively, User can simply reply to an email from Company and type “REMOVE” in the subject line.

5. Disclosure of User Information.

Company will, to the extent possible, control User information, and, except as otherwise set forth herein, not disclose such User information to third parties. However, in the event disclosure of any User information by Company is required by law, Company may disclose such User information without the consent of User.

6. Cookies.

A “cookie” is a piece of data stored on User’s hard drive containing information about the User. Company may use cookies in order to collect certain information about User, such as IP addresses (e.g., whether User is logged on from a .com, .gov, or .edu domain), domain names (the Internet address of a computer), and type of computer and operating system being used. Company may collect such information in order to better operate the Website so as to enhance User’s use of the Website. Company uses reasonable security measures to safeguard information concerning, and submitted by, users. Despite the security measures employed by Company, users should be aware that it is impossible to guarantee absolute security with respect to information sent through the Internet, and User agrees and accepts the risks associated with the same.

9. Modifications.

This Privacy Statement and the Terms of Use of the Company Website constitute the complete agreement between the parties with respect to their subject matter and supersede any prior agreement or communication. Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement without prior notice. In the event Company updates or modifies this Privacy Statement, Company shall endeavor to post such updates or modifications on this Website following any such modifications. Therefore, User is advised to review this Privacy Statement occasionally, or at least every thirty (30) days. User’s continued use of this Website subsequent to Company’s notice of modification of this Privacy Statement shall constitute User’s acceptance of the modified Privacy Statement.
