Amplifying Our Impact: N-ablite Voices Honor of Black History Month
First observed on February 1926, Black History Week marked the beginning of what would become Black History Month. Nearly 100 years later, it stands as a powerful time to reflect on the meaning and impact of Black history. Our N-ablites embody this legacy through their dedication to learning, collaboration, and uplifting others, reminding us that meaningful impact happens when we listen, learn, and work together.
“Throughout my career, I’ve helped businesses enrich underserved communities through volunteering and knowledge-sharing. I believe we can amplify our impact by remaining optimistic, disciplined, and ready to step forward when others are in need.” – Amir S., Associate Customer Success Manager
“Amplifying our impact means learning from one another and intentionally creating spaces where everyone feels they belong. I’m proud that N‑able embodies this by elevating different voices, supporting local non-profits, and embracing new perspectives.” – Briana G., Associate Sales Executive
“Jackie Robinson’s legacy inspires me to pursue every new challenge with courage and humility. I’m committed to leading with integrity and encouraging others to do the same so that we can truly see our impact amplified throughout the next generation.” – David A., Associate Customer Success Manager
“A recent tour of West Africa demonstrated the power of amplifying our impact and honoring the 100-year legacy of Black history through connection and shared experience. When we lead with openness and fully leverage the resources around us, meaningful change becomes possible – because at its core, community is about learning, growing, and rising together.” – Natalie L., Manager, Legal
As we honor Black History Month, we remain committed to amplifying voices, strengthening community, and carrying this legacy forward. Thank you to our exceptional N-ablites who generously shared their experiences and continue to help shape the N‑able culture we’re all proud to be a part of.
