Unlike most companies who have customers, at N‑able, we believe choosing to do business with us makes you more than that; it makes you our partner. As your partner, we know we only succeed when you succeed. Each year we ask our partners to share their thoughts on how we are doing and provide suggestions for how we could improve. One of our defining objectives for 2022 is to be an organization that adds value to your company and puts you front and center in all we do. Open and honest feedback from our partners helps us maintain that focus.

One of the common themes we heard last year was that you wanted us to make it easier to do business together. We have embraced that feedback and taken steps forward to make it easier to do business with us. We expanded our team, added multiple programs, and enhanced the experience. We made these changes with the singular goal of helping make N‑able partners the best in the industry through our innovative and best-in-class programs and services.

Security focused

You also asked us to increase our focus on security. We listened and hired a CISO who, along with our newly formalized security team, has helped us harden our environment. We have not only rebuilt, from scratch, our internal infrastructure as a separate company but also layered in security following the NIST framework. In addition, we have enhanced our product development focus on security at all stages of the lifecycle.

You said you wanted to learn how to get more from your N‑able products. We responded by increasing our focus on product training and business-building sessions and expanding our N‑able Head Nerds Team.

Helping you grow

You said you value your Partner Success Managers’ (PSMs) relationships and asked us for more of their attention and time. We are enhancing this function and arming them with additional training to ensure they can help you maximize the value of our tools and grow your business.
