John Pagliuca
John Pagliuca brings over 20 years of leadership experience to his role, with a significant focus on the software and SaaS marketplace. John serves as chief executive officer of N‑able and prior to that served as executive vice president of SolarWinds and president of SolarWinds MSP. He joined SolarWinds with the acquisition of LOGICNow, where he served as chief financial officer. Before joining LOGICNow, John was the vice president of finance and operations of GFI Software and before that, the vice president of finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company, where he played key roles in taking Airvana public in 2007 and pushing them over $500M in revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2010.
Laura DuBois
Laura DuBois is a veteran in the IT industry with over two decades of experience in cloud services and infrastructure software. As Group Vice President, Product at N‑able she currently leads User Experience, Product Management and Product and Portfolio strategy. Laura joined N‑able from Dell Technologies where she served as Vice President, Product for the $2.9B Data Protection business unit. She is a proven and innovative thought leader, adept at leveraging her technical background to align business and customer needs with product strategy. She is passionate about empowering high performing teams, championing the customer and driving metrics-based execution and outcomes. She has held leadership positions in Product Management, Consulting and Product Engineering at companies such as International Data Group, EMC Corporation, Hitachi Data Systems, Storage Networks and Permabit Corporation. She holds a master’s degree of Business Administration from Boston College with an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
