Chris Massey

Chris is Head of Business Transformation at N-able, where he designs and leads executive programs, peer roundtables, and community experiences built for MSP owners and leaders. He leads N-able’s flagship Business Transformation Accelerate programs, immersive multi-day experiences that bring MSP executives together around the strategic forces reshaping the industry: AI and operations, go-to-market, product and service mix, people and staffing, and risk and compliance. He also runs vendor-neutral executive roundtables for MSP executives and technical leaders.

Before N-able, Chris spent his career inside the MSP industry itself, giving him a practitioner’s view of the pressures — margin, staffing, service delivery, growth — that MSP leaders navigate every day. That background shapes how he builds programs now: less theory, more real operator perspective, with sessions designed to surface what’s actually working across peers rather than abstract best practices.

Chris regularly represents N-able at industry events, including emceeing the Empower conference, and works closely with N-able’s product and executive teams to bring credible, forward-looking content to the MSP community.
