Cyber Liability Insurance: Getting Started—October 17, 2024
Cyber liability insurance can be an intimidating subject. Many SMBs may be confused by and resistant to the need for adding yet another form of insurance coverage. For MSPs there can be anxiety and apprehension to be experienced when first investigating cyber liability insurance that comes from having to assess your current cyber security posture and if you are able to deliver on the litany of security controls, processes, and documentation that are required when applying for cyber liability insurance. This Boot Camp will better prepare MSPs to begin exploring cyber liability insurance for themselves and their clients.

Cyber Liability Insurance: Planning for Success—October 24, 2024
Both internal and external forces are driving wider adoption of and increased scrutiny around cyber liability insurance. But once you and your clients have a policy in place, that isn’t the end of the challenges. You’ll need to be prepared for what happens when a claim needs to be filed. Do your clients know to whom they must report a data breach? Can you provide the necessary documentation and reports to prove proper security controls were in place? If you’ve never had to file a cyber liability insurance claim, it pays to be prepared for what’s going to be asked of you and your client during the process.
