The guidance Cybersecurity Awareness Month has built over two decades wasn’t wrong — it was written for a threat landscape that no longer exists. Patch faster. Use MFA. Train your users. In the years those recommendations were written, they worked. Then AI compressed exploit-building from months to minutes, deepfake voice turned helpdesk resets into attack paths, and the average remediation window stayed stubbornly at 63–270 days. The playbook didn’t keep up.

To open Cybersecurity Awareness Month, join us for a candid fireside chat with Russell Rosa, N‑able’s newly appointed Chief Revenue Officer and a 25-year veteran of cybersecurity and channel sales leadership. Russell has spent his career building partner programs that deliver real outcomes for MSPs, VARs, and the businesses they protect — at Sumo Logic, Cisco, and Actifio. He brings a practitioner’s lens, not a vendor pitch.

This conversation will draw on N‑able’s original research with 595 cybersecurity decision-makers to explore where the real gaps are in 2026, why AI adoption and AI confidence are moving in opposite directions, and what a modern, channel-first approach to cyber resilience actually looks like in practice.

Come with your real questions. Leave with a clearer picture of where the threat landscape is today — and what it takes to stay ahead of it, not just in October, but all year.
