Keith Young
Keith is the Principal Sales Engineer with Cove Data Protection who has been with N-able for over 8 years, so you’ll be in extraordinarily safe hands in this session!
Eric Harless
Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Eric started at N-able in 2013 as a Product Manager focused on Cove Data Protection. He has over 25 years of data protection industry experience in sales, support, marketing, systems engineering, and product management. In 2019, Eric joined the Head Nerds Team as part of the pilot program, with the full team officially launching in 2020.
When Eric isn’t living life in the N-able Cove, he enjoys spending his time with family and going to Renaissance fairs with his wife. You may have spotted him as the “Cove Pirate” at an Empower event, making good use of a past Renaissance costume. Eric enjoys sci-fi, fantasy, and is also an avid Trekkie—be sure to ask him his favorite captain.
