Requirements
- Place a sales order for Adlumin MDR equaling or exceeding the number of devices and data sources you are licensed to protect through your contract with an N‑able competitor
- The length of the no-cost portion of your contract for Adlumin MDR will be equal to the length of the remainder of your applicable contract with the N‑able competitor for a period of up to 12 months
- If the remaining time on your contract is six months or less your minimum Adlumin MDR subscription term will be one year
- If the remaining time on your contract is six months or more your minimum Adlumin MDR subscription term will be two years
