Our regular AI & Automation Office Hours provide a focused forum to learn about what is changing, what is newly available and what is in the pipeline across the N‑able suite.
Each session brings together product specialists and practitioners to review recent updates, highlight upcoming enhancements and demonstrate how these capabilities can be applied in real environments. The focus is on practical scenarios, from using AI tools effectively to applying automation through APIs, scripting and integrations.

Head Nerds
Ben Lee
Ben Lee joined N‑able after spending most of his career working with Microsoft technologies and, for the last 15 years, has specialized in their Unified Communications and Collaboration tools. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and a seasoned consultant in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Starting his career in IT support and printer repairs, Ben quickly advanced to roles as a Systems Administrator before joining a local MSP as a consultant in 2009. Since then, he has specialized in Microsoft technologies, focusing initially on the Unified Communications stack (Lync, Skype for Business, and Teams) and more recently expanding into the Modern Workplace, including Copilot and other cutting-edge workloads.
Ben is the author of the MS-700 Study Guide for Wiley’s Sybex IT book series, released in 2021, and a contributing author to the respected Office 365 for IT Pros book, where he maintains the “Teams Devices & Calling” chapter. This book is updated regularly to reflect the latest Microsoft advancements.
As a recognized thought leader in the industry, Ben has spoken at multiple conferences, including Comms vNext in Denver and Commsverse in the UK, and has led lightning talks at user group events such as DTX Expo North & London, covering topics like Copilot and Teams features.
In 2023, Ben was awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional title in M365 Apps and Services and is now in his second full year of the program. As a Head Nerd at N‑able, Ben continues to drive innovation and lead the charge in delivering high-quality Microsoft support to clients and communities alike.
