As part of our ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline the login experience while supporting secure, reliable access for all customers, we are offering N‑able Single Sign‑On (SSO) – new login option.
Beginning 1 March 2026, login access through the Web Host Manager Complete Solution (WHMCS) was discontinued. WHMCS was retired as we transitioned to a more modern backend system. After this date, WHMCS became no longer available as a login method.
If You Have N‑ableMe / SSO Set Up
The above options are available, and no other action is needed.
If You Do Not Have N‑ableMe / SSO Set Up
Most customers already use SSO. However, if you have not yet completed setup, you can continue using your existing login credentials without interruption.

No Impact to Existing Local Credentials
The introduction of N‑able SSO does not remove or replace your current login credentials. Both login methods will remain available. No immediate action is required, though we recommend familiarizing yourself with the new SSO option to ensure a smooth transition.
