How N‑able transformed Comfox’s data protection

In order to set Comfox up for success, N‑able supported them using two key solutions: Cove Data Protection and N‑sight RMM. They helped them set up a remote monitoring and management tool (N‑sight) and helped them protect their data with a centralised, cloud- based backup and disaster recovery system (Cove).

N‑sight RMM
Working in a cloud-based environment means Comfox needs to be able to remotely monitor, manage, and secure their devices. N‑able set them up with their N‑sight RMM, which is a fully integrated solution that allows them to centrally monitor everything in real time. Another added benefit is that with N‑sight RMM, Comfox can safely give their clients access to their own backups.

Cove Data Protection
Cove Data Protection is a cloud-first data protection solution that offers appliance- free direct-to-cloud backup for servers, workstations, and Microsoft 365 data. Since most of their clients are already working fully cloud-based, Comfox needed a backup solution compatible with the cloud. Including data backups, disaster recovery, as well as long-term backup retention, this solution allowed Comfox to save the time and effort spent on cyber-security administration. Additionally, Cove also includes automated recovery testing and protection of Microsoft 365 tenants, which was a major selling point for Comfox.
