How we price Cove
Cove’s standard pricing model is simple and fair: One flat rate per server or workstation and one flat per-user price for Microsoft 365, with cloud storage included.

Microsoft 365
Pay one simple, flat, per-user price for each unique protected end user. Your Microsoft 365 price protects any combination of Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, managed from the same dashboard as your other devices.
Cloud storage included
- Each license carries a defined amount of included storage that is pooled across your customers. So smaller devices that use less can offset larger ones.
- For Microsoft 365 backup, included storage is pooled across users within each tenant, separate from the device storage pool.
- Our worldwide data centers allow you to keep backups securely off the local network, but in region, with the added confidence of security certifications.
Unlike solutions that force you to find your own cloud storage or charge you separately for it, backup storage in our worldwide data centers is included in your price.
