Attack Surface Management FAQ
Attack Surface Management is an advanced feature of N‑able EDR that allows security technicians to discover and isolate unsecured, unsupported, or unknown network-connected devices. It is powered by SentinelOne® Ranger®, which uses passive and active scanning techniques to fingerprint and classify all IP-enabled devices on a network. Ranger can be deployed at the site level, and all EDR agents within the site will use a Ranger license.
