Connect artis.net ERP to N‑able N‑sight RMM.
ARTIS supports IT and managed service providers (MSPs) in France by automating and facilitating their management process (customer relations, business intelligence, sales, contracts, purchasing, stock, ticketing /after-sales service, projects, business, and financing).
This integration allows MSPs to:
- Upload information automatically from the customer base in the artis.net ERP.
- Create a maintenance ticket on the end-user customer portal (extranet developed by ARTIS) through a link accessible through N‑sight RMM.
This connection allows automatic and controlled communication between the equipment installed for both the N‑able N‑sight and artis.net ERP end-user.
