Based out of Ottawa, Marc-Andre Tanguay started at N‑able in 2012 as a Sales Engineer working with Elite and Super Elite partners. In 2018, Marc helped create the pilot program for the N‑able Head Nerds, which formally launched in 2020.
Marc possesses wide-reaching experience related to the MSP space. Having worked as an internal IT support engineer for multiple MSPs, he has a real understanding of what N‑able customers go through on a day-to-day basis. In addition, Marc has spent four years working as an automation developer and has written over 200 automation objects for N‑able, making him the perfect fit to elevate this aspect of the N‑able community, taking automation in our platforms to the highest level. His experience working one-on-one with hundreds of MSPs—helping them create, optimize, and employ strong automation processes—has made him a leader in the IT automation industry.
When Marc isn’t busy being the Automation Hero he is, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. Marc is an avid motorcyclist and, when there’s no snow on the ground in Ottawa, you can often spot him driving his bike into the office. Marc also enjoys video games and seeing what things he can print with his 3D printer.
